Urban Knot follows a strict no-return, no-exchange and no-refund policy. Once an order has been confirmed, processed or delivered, the customer cannot request:

• A product return.
• An exchange for another product, design or colour.
• A cash or online payment refund.
• Store credit for a change of mind.

Please review the complete product information and order details before confirming your purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected products before checkout. Please carefully check:

• Product name, design and colour.
• Selected quantity and available options.
• Product description and photographs.
• Recipient name, telephone number and delivery address.
• Total price, delivery charges and payment method.

Contact our customer care team before ordering if you need help choosing a product or require additional information.

A cancellation request may only be considered before the order has been confirmed, processed or dispatched.

Once the parcel has been prepared or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. Sending a cancellation message does not guarantee that the order will be cancelled.

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery must provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available to receive the parcel.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders, fake orders or unreachable contact details may result in future orders being cancelled or Cash on Delivery access being restricted.

Customers should pay the courier according to the payable amount shown on the parcel or order confirmation.

If you believe that you received an incorrect item or that the product was damaged before delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the original packaging.
• A complete unboxing video, where available.
• A short explanation of the issue.

Urban Knot will review the information provided. Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify the order for a return, exchange or refund. Any resolution will be determined after verification and subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately. However, the actual colour may appear slightly different because of:

• Screen and device display settings.
• Photography lighting.
• Differences in indoor and outdoor lighting.
• Natural variations in fabric texture.

Minor variations in colour, texture or appearance are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
